Dreamit Launches Strategic Partnership with Accenture To Help Startups Scale

Dreamit has teamed with Accenture, one of the world’s leading professional services companies, to connect Accenture’s strategy and innovation leadership to the startup founders at Dreamit working on transformational products in health tech and urban tech.

“We’re excited that Accenture partnered with Dreamit to bring cutting-edge digital health and urban tech companies to market more quickly,” says Steve Barsh, Chief Innovation Officer at Dreamit. “It provides tremendous value to these startups that can leverage Accenture’s deep global experience and relationships.”

A group of Accenture managing directors and senior managers will advise and engage with new Dreamit companies throughout the 14-week program. Accenture participated in Dreamit’s spring “Customer Immersion,” a Shark Tank-style session where startups are given three minutes to pitch to a panel of experts with the aim of securing coaching, guidance and ultimately new customers.

“This effort will provide an environment for our clients to advance their innovation with connections to a broader ecosystem of digital startups,” said Brian Kalis, Managing Director of Digital Health at Accenture. “This growth continues to fuel open innovation across a broad spectrum of stakeholders with the same shared goal of advancing the health of our local communities around the country.”

Accenture joins a robust roster of enterprise customers that support Dreamit startups during and after their time in the accelerator. To learn more about how the Dreamit team engages corporate partners, please visit dreamit.com.
